About Us

What's Up! We opened PhysioCare to help make a positive impact on the health and fitness of people in America and all over the world. Physical health and fitness have always been a HUGE part of my life for as long as I can remember! I am currently a Registered Biologist and Division 1 Decathlete, competing for The University of South Alabama in Track & Field. In addition to my sports background, I have continued my passion for health and fitness by studying Human Biology at The South Alabama Biological Research Department.

Through my extensive amounts of studying and research in human fitness and natural ability, I have found that the key to optimizing your body both mentally and physically is quite simple. The human body runs on a "get what you give" system. If you give your body crap, you will get crap in return. If you fuel your body with high-quality nutrients and activity, it will return the favor every single time. How do I know this? Because I have lived through it!

As a child and young adult, I drank a 2-liter of Coke every day and ate fast food at least once a day. As a result, I constantly battled stomach issues, anxiety, acne, insomnia, back pain, and so much more. It was not until I met my beautiful girlfriend Anna, who is a nutritional Expert, that I realized the root of my problems. I WAS GIVING MY BODY CRAP.

Over the past two years, I've begun eating healthy meals and participating in consistent physical activity every day. Healthy meals mainly consist of lean meats and vegetables, such as Grilled Chicken, Salmon, Turkey, and Tuna with vegetables. As a result of this change in diet and physical activity my stomach issues have disappeared, my anxiety is gone, I am acne free, I sleep great, and I have no back pain.

I hope that through PhysioCare I can educate and influence others to take the same journey as I did. Everyone can experience this same life-changing enhancement, start your journey today with PhysioCare.
